Warranty & Returns

  • Carlson’s Choke Tubes are backed by our Lifetime Warranty! If any damage would occur with your choke tube/s just package them up and mail it to us for a replacement.
  • Please call or e-mail us prior to sending the choke tube back for replacement.

Returns and Exchanges
Our products are accepted for returns or exchanges within 60 days of original order date. We don’t need the original packaging when shipping it back to us. We suggest using a padded envelope or small box when shipping the item back to us. We do ask that if a product is returned that the sales receipt or invoice is included with the item being returned. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our Choke Tubes purchased directly from us, within 60 days of the original purchase date you can return them for a full refund or exchange. If you purchased one of our products from a dealer we will exchange the product for equal or lesser value after talking to one of our Choke Tube Techs and resolving your problem.

NOTE: We do charge a shipping fee to exchange products.

Restocking/Shipping fee
Most manufacturers use 2 if not 3 or 4 different choke systems. It can be hard at times to determine which system your gun interchanges with. If you make a mistake ordering a choke we are happy to exchange it for the appropriate one. There will be the difference in the choke price owed plus a Restocking/Shipping fee. This is a one-time flat fee no matter how many products are involved in the exchange/return.

Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify Carlson’s and the carrier immediately. The carrier must inspect the merchandise and shipping carton before a claim can be processed: do not destroy or discard damaged cartons or goods.
